Hills like white elephants

2. Third person. He is a very masculine towards his characters. They do not express their intimate thoughts at all.

3. I describe Hemingway's style as using a few words to create his story and leaving it up to the reader's to get the picture.

4.  Ernest Hemingway is a well known author.  He worked as a reporter for the Kansas City Star. He also served as a First World War ambulance driver. His narratives frequently contain masculine motifs, such as bull-fighting (Death in the Afternoon), hunting (The Green Hills of Africa), war (A Farewell to ArmsFor Whom the Bell Tolls), and fishing (The Old Man and the Sea). All of these motifs derive from Hemingway’s own experiences as a traveler and an adventurer. Some people say he was a better short story teller than a novelist.
Travelor and adventurer, very masculine, and using very short of his words not telling intimate thoughts.
